Questions and Concerns About the Frederick County Incinerator

A multitude of Frederick County and Carroll County residents and business owners have expressed strong opposition to the incinerator and are being ignored. Has the Frederick County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) read the 526-page contract with Wheelabrator? Are they addressing the public's concerns? We don't think so.
Below are important questions and concerns addressed to the Frederick County commissioners, county manager, Robin Davidov of the Northeast Maryland Waste Disposal Authority (NMWDA) and other officials, who may or may not have provided answers:
